Return Policy

Satisfaction is our #1 Priority.

Before you send back your item(s) please make sure your order qualifies for a Return.

  • Return date is within 30-days from purchase date.
  • Item(s) have been unworn and tags are still attached.
  • Item(s) are not damaged nor soiled. (If your item has been sent damaged, please see our Repair Request Form)
  • Item(s) are not FINAL Sale. Final Sale includes any leotard $18.99 and under.

WHEN DO I RECEIVE MY REFUND? 

Once your item(s) are received back to our warehouse we will do the following:
    1. Quality Department: Inspect item to make sure it has not been worn and tags are still attached.
    2. Returns Department: Item is restocked and checked in. If tags are missing you may be contacted for further assistance.
PLEASE ALLOW 8 - 10 DAYS for your return to be processed and credited back to your account. 

RETURN SHIPPING COSTS

  • k-Bee Leotards will email you a FIRST CLASS shipping label to send back your items.
  • Please attach the label to front of package and ship via US Postal Service.
  • This cost of this label will be deducted from your return in the amount of $6.25.
  • Only 1-prepaid shipping label will be sent via email. Any additioanl labels will incur a charge. (Rates TBD)
  • Once you receive your label via email you must use the label within 2 weeks.  Label will not be valid after two weeks from issue date.
