Exchange Policy

Before you send back your item(s) please make sure your order qualifies for an Exchange.

  • Return date is within 60-days from purchase date.
  • Item(s) have been unworn and tags are still attached.
  • Item(s) are not damaged nor soiled. (If your item has been sent damaged, please see our Repair Request Form)
  • Item(s) are not FINAL Sale. Final Sale includes any leotard $18.99 and under.

WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY EXCHANGE

Once your item(s) are received back to our warehouse we will do the following:
  1. Quality Department: Inspects leotard to make sure exchange is approved. Item is restocked and checked in. If tags are missing you may be contacted for further assistance.
  2. Exchange item is sent to production or pulled from stock.
PLEASE ALLOW 8 - 10 DAYS for your exchange to be processed.

EXCHANGE SHIPPING COSTS

  • Exchange shipping varies based on location.  Typically prices range from $6.50 - $12.50
  • If you are located in Southern California, please select STORE PICK-UP for free exchange shipping.
  • If you have received a wrong/defective item exchange shipping will be free of charge.
